At WEBNIT – Web Network Institute of Technology, we are committed to providing 100% practical training with real-world experience and industry-relevant skills.

1. 100% Fee Refund Policy

WEBNIT offers a 100% fee refund if a student finds that:

• The promised 100% practical training is not provided, OR
• Live client projects are not included in the selected course (if applicable)

2. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

To maintain fairness and transparency, the following conditions must be fulfilled:

1. The refund request must be submitted within 7 days after course completion
2. The student must submit a written request (via email or application) clearly explaining the reason for dissatisfaction
3. The request must specifically mention issues related to:
   • Lack of practical training, OR
   • No live project exposure
4. WEBNIT will review the request within 7 working days
5. If the claim is found valid, the refund will be processed within 15 working days through the original payment method

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refund will NOT be applicable in the following cases:

• Student leaves the course for personal reasons (health, relocation, etc.)
• Student does not attend classes regularly
• Student does not complete assigned practical work or projects
• Refund request is submitted after 7 days of course completion
• Certificate has already been issued to the student

5. Declaration

By enrolling in WEBNIT – Web Network Institute of Technology, the student agrees to this refund policy and all related terms. Final decision on refund approval will be at the discretion of WEBNIT management after proper verification.
